I was a bit disappointed to find that upon dropping off my clothes I applied a discount coupon off my bill and when I got home found that staff never applied it and charged me full price. Your prices seem to get more expensive while the service is declining. I have had numerous items come home where they have snipped the pins on my sleeve cuffs, buttons missing, etc.
Outrageous pricing Had to have pressing redone. So extra trip Poor customer service
Your customer service could use improvement.they are very abrupt with you as if you are bothering them or they have better things to do. My clothes didn't come out as good as when I took them to the Stockdale store so I will just go back to them.
My wife had three t-shirts cleaned, at $10.00 each. That was to much. We'll not be coming back.
Your prices are ridiculous

Front desk clerk not customer service oriented. Maybe management needs to provide some training in public service development.
Absolutely has to be worst cleaners!!!!! Nobody can say “Hello” or “Thank You” They ONLY thing said by staff is “Just dropping Off” - they all blast that statement like trained parrots!!!! It’s 50/50 if they have lost my uniforms when I go to pick them up - My wife and I dred going in for any reason!!!! And I go out of my way to tell everyone,I know, how lousy they are!!!!!
