Lost my shirts. Treated me as I did not turn them in the morning at 8:30 am. I hand gave it to a clerk who denied the transaction. They found them later that night under some trash. No apology given. The worst customer relations I ever encountered. I decided to take my business elsewhere.
Be aware on who came first. I was there waiting and another customer came and helped him right away.
Ripped my custom formal shirt Friday...told me it would be delayed until Sat. Called and they said come in to pick it up. Arrived at store and told to go to second store to make a claim. Second store Assistant Manager showed me the ripped shirt. No apology until I asked for one. No resolution because it has to wait for someone else. You should have called me and told the truth when it happened and not waste my time. Let's see if you will replace the shirt.
For the second time They did not use the coupon that I brought in with my order. I usually bring in 2-3 large bags of clothes to be laundered and inform the person I leave the order with that there is a coupon inside; but when I pick up My ordernit is not applied to the order. It’s so frustrating!!!
I’ve never once asked for my clothes to be creased, in fact there’s a note on my account stating I want my them ironed flat.i brought in 4 pairs or pants and 8 shirts 6 sweaters all were creased.
Very often, despite showing the coupon, the girls that take my laundry don't put it in the system. So frustrating!
Don't want double starched like we asked buttons broken off of shirts
Closing now on Sundays is a mistake and a problem in our house !
We paid $40 for our comforter to be drycleaned. We got it back 2 days later. It was damp in the middle and the smell was so overwhelming we had to throw the whole thing in the trash. This was a brand new (week old) comforter.
