Prices are too high
I stopped using ‘Today’ a couple of years ago ... but my dear wife forgot and took several suits and a suede coat in. $46 later .... my suit pants were wrinkled and some type of ‘white crust’ was on the pant leg. She now knows that we use ‘Green’ Cleaners on Meany and Coffee. This man knows what he is doing and does an impeccable job .... for the same price.
I was there on Friday drop off my clothes before 11am and they said it would be ready by Saturday morning...so turn out be a lie it wasn’t ready...drove back from tehachapi twice just too picked my clothes waste of my time...
Pickup was not good. I was asked to move my car forward to and did so. Workers assisted car behind me first, then forgot me...
Last two visits had to remind staff that I’d presented a coupon at drop off
I have had to go back to the store 2-3 different times, because my shirts were not pressed properly. I just picked up 17 garments yesterday, as I was putting them away, I noticed once again that I will have to go back to have a shirt re-pressed. Also, bringing home someone else’s garment.. I have previously spoke to the manager about the ironing of my shirts. According to them, they were to make a note on my account stating “Button top button”
Lost my shirts. Treated me as I did not turn them in the morning at 8:30 am. I hand gave it to a clerk who denied the transaction. They found them later that night under some trash. No apology given. The worst customer relations I ever encountered. I decided to take my business elsewhere.
Be aware on who came first. I was there waiting and another customer came and helped him right away.
Ripped my custom formal shirt Friday...told me it would be delayed until Sat. Called and they said come in to pick it up. Arrived at store and told to go to second store to make a claim. Second store Assistant Manager showed me the ripped shirt. No apology until I asked for one. No resolution because it has to wait for someone else. You should have called me and told the truth when it happened and not waste my time. Let's see if you will replace the shirt.
