several times when my husband gets his shirts sleeves aren’t pressed when I drop off pants they come back pressed flat instead of creased not been happy
I have several western style shirts that I have to pay extra money for cleaning and the tortoise shell buttons on every one of this shirts is broken or no longer snap.

Couldnt get my sons graduation robe the same day. I dropped it off at approx 10 -1030 am. I got it the next morning. That stressed me out. Woman seemed unconcerned of me wanting it back asap. She stuck to TOMORROW. I just needed it steamed, no wash. Wow.
The ops manager mr David spoke with me and in effect told me to pound sand and told me if I didn’t want to pay his inflated price of $13 to dry clean a simple jacket I could go someplace else. Bakersfield is not a large city and this kind of attitude should go a long way towords losing business. So long mr David I will take your advice, Kiss my ass
I get there at 3:59PM. The girl that helped me had no people skills and personality! She went to get my items then came back and told me to come back in 15 to 30 minutes. I commented to her my items were to be ready by 4:00PM. Well apparently she had lost one item and she said to wait while she continued looking. Well after a few minutes she found it. Not very professional and Today’s Cleaners needs to work on their employees people skills and greeting.
