I think that the shirts should have been ironed with the pleated on the back.
Charge us the right amount, we got two ties dry cleaned and we were charged for pants and a tie
Actually clean my clothes and not ruin them
When I submitted my order, the employee was repeatedly tapping her fingernails on the countertop impatiently standing there while I gave her the intake information when she could have been listening so that my order reflected my coupon and was placed under the correct name ... so that when I returned to pick up my order it did not take a prolonged period of time for another employee to locate the order.
The only thing I was missing is they didn't give me a bag so I could drop off after or before hrs. I was in a hurry & also didn't ask for one which I'm sure would have been supplied if I'd done so.
I brought in 3 suit jackets and 2 pair of pants. None of the articles of clothing appeared to be cleaned when I picked them up.
Good customer service even though my clothes were not ready when promised. and your prices are sky high.
Unfortunately after years of using Today Cleaners for my uniforms I will be going elsewhere. Prices increasing on a weekly and or monthly basis by a dollar or more ridiculous. Wish you the best.
The prices for dry cleaning have really gone up. The service is great though. Been a customer for a long time and can't afford it as much...
