Compared to other cleaners in the area AND in Los Angeles, the prices were WAY too high. $8.99 for pants and $3.99 for shirts. Won't be back.
The stain on the clothing could not be removed, which was fine, but seemed like an awful lot of money to pay for NO RESULTS. I was not notified the stain could not be removed until walking out the door after paying. For unsuccessful results it would be nice to know up front with a little explanation about cost. I know there are costs of labor and cleaning supplies regardless of results, but if you want repeat customers some people will be turned off by the cost of NO RESULTS.
One dress shirt had a stain that was not taken out and they ruined one of my ties will not use today cleaners ever again
One of the white shirts has wrinkles pressed into the sleeve at the elbow, all the way around almost as if it had been tied. other than that I'm quite satisfied.
Well, it seemed robotic,; not much of customer service, no smile, and no appreciation. Also the price seemed too high to clean one pant and one shirt, could have bought a new pant and new shirt from Kohls for that price. Also disappointed that you don't do alteration, needed the inseam altered to 38 from 40. Not sure if I will come back.
Today Cleaners is my absolute favorite! I get clothes laundered there at least twice a week and they never cease to amaze me with how wonderful my clothes turn out.
We are new to Bakersfield. First time to use Today's Cleaners. Ordered heavy starch. 15 shirts -Every placket on each shirt has wrinkles, each collar will need to be pressed before wearing. I also forgot to ask about the coupon to get discount when paying so I was charged full price. When I ask if I received coupon discount they said no since I didn't ask when paying, but were willing to give me credit on next order. $3 plus for shirts is a lot to pay for shirts that need to be pressed before wearing.
Today cleaners doesn't work hard at doing a great job, it comes so naturally to them that it appears effortless. I drop my bag off, they clean/press extremely well, text me when they are ready before I expect them to be ready, I pick up, and away I go. No fuss, no mess, just great service.
$13 to wash and starch a military uniform is too expensive. Other competitors are half that price.
