I asked if a button could be sewn on & it came back attached to the spot where it should have been soen but if was affixed by a plastic thread like the kind you see a price tag on clothing attached with.
I had brought in a pants and a jacket that my wife wore. When my wife went to pick up the order all she picked up were the pants. I had to go back and inquire about where the jacket was at. They went back and looked for it and found that the jacket's tag had dropped off and it was just waiting for someone to claim it. The nice gesture was that they didn't charge me for the cleaning. My suits sometimes be wrinkle they never creased my collar on my suit coat it seem like the price changes alot when they present your clothes to you they should be on a hanger wright.
I took in a long sleeve shirt and when I got it back the wrinkles were still there very disappointed! I should’ve just ironed my own shirt
Brought clothes home and noticed one of my shirts was missing, but i had someone elses shirt instead. Returned the shirt and asked for mine, but they couldn't find it. After one week, they refused to do anything about it and asked me of i wanted to review their surveillance footage. Stated i brought in four shirt and recieved four shirts in return. Your company was supposed to mend my husband pants and failed to do so. When I dropped them off, I asked the clerk and she asked a lady in the back and she said she could do it. I was reluctant to take my husband’s pants there bc I have brought shirts there once and hated the service and the way the shirts were taken care of.
