Great customer service. On point with the service, unbeatable prices.
They made me stand there and wait 15 minutes while they found my clothes and then charged me more than I've ever paid for fluff and fold/dry cleaning. I'm never coming back.

All in all, I was very impressed and am SO excited about this service! My only issue is one of my shirts came back with a stain that was marked and understand that not all stains are able to get out. However, I would've liked some sort of note telling me that you saw it, tried to get it out, but unfortunately, were not able to. Also, I'm not sure if this was a communication error with my company but I was informed I would receive two dry cleaning bags but only received one. No biggie!
Hello. I dropped off my white quilt a couple of weeks ago which was lightly dirty, and unfortunately it came back with red stains that weren't present at drop off. I pointed this out to Flair who told me they'd re-do them. I picked up the quilt yesterday and while the red stains were significantly better, they were still present. They did not give me a refund as mentioned in company policy which was disappointing.
