It was my first visit covering a down bed spread and hemming a piece of fabric. The dry cleaning was well done. The alteration was expected to be done by 5 p.m. I happened to be there at three and checked and learned that it was in the original condition when I brought it in but I was promised it will be ready by 5 p.m. When I was told the cleaners closed at 6 p.m. I was not about to deal with the traffic again and picked it up the another day. The hems were done very well.
Please do not come by unless I phone you . Tomorrow I have nothing to be picked up.
I was grossly overcharged for a top, which was classified as a dress. Discount was not applied. $40 for three tops, ridiculous! Would three shirts cost $40?
This was my first experience with you . I had asked that I would like my crew neck shirts to be folded on the hangers. She told me she would do so . But on pick up the were hung on the hangers . Creating points to the shoulders . Also one of my shirts had some stitching come out at the shoulder. Not sure if it was there or not but would nice to have it brought to my attention. You can find the pants from the $6000 suit that you lost and refused to pay for. I doubt you wish me to post any of those reviews about you.
There were stains on my suit that easily came off (or at least a bit) by simply scratching them with my finger nails. That implies to me that you didn't even dry clean it and instead maybe just pressed it. That was obviously a huge disappointment and will likely result in me not using your services again.
hemming job good. left credit card so that someone else could pick up, but when having made a mistake on taking down the number (repeated 3 times), instead of calling me, they left it to the person doing me a favor to pay.
