Just moved to Santa Monica. I brought two pair of pants in for alteration. Four hours later, I received an email telling me they are ready for pick up. Fantastic service and friendly staff!

Way overpriced!! $9 to simply press s shirt is unreasonable. I paid $182 for cleaning that I normally pay $65 for. I was shocked when I picked up my order! I am new to the neighborhood, I will NOT be a returning customer
Super friendly and very quick - I got my clothes back the next day!
I came in to get a shirt laundered and have a button added. It was time sensitive and needed to be ready by the next day. When I arrived they couldn't find my order. It took them 20 minutes to finally find my shirt and then they said it still needed to be pressed. All in all it was a 30 minute affair. It was a frustrating experience. Everyone seemed very nice and it felt like something that doesn't happen very often. However, I do not believe I will be using them again.
Super friendly and efficient! So glad they are my new dry cleaners!
