The manager at the Santa Monica location helped give us advice, pricing for a job I thought, pardon the pun, "a wash". We were looking into the thousands to replace our church paraments and Flair took on the job to help us see if we could salvage them. The service was classy and intent on helping us however they could. So thankful that Mount Calvary Lutheran Beverly Hills was recommended to you from The Church of the Good Shepherd Beverly Hills. LOVE the pick-up/drop-off service.
I came in yesterday, April 1, 2017, at approximately 8:45 a.m., with a sport jacket and pair of slacks that needed dry cleaning. The Flair rep (Sonia) was very nice and welcoming. I asked that my clothes be ready by 3 p.m. that afternoon. She said, "No problem." I gave Sonia my 25% discount coupon, and was told it was a special order and it would be done by 3 p.m. I thanked her and left. Appreciated the quick turn-around. When I arrived to pick up the jacket, it took a long time to find, and then I was told a button was missing. Both buttons had been on the jacket when I dropped it off. I was told the tailor would need another day to replace the button and it likely would not match. These buttons were specially selected to replace those that came on the jacket originally, and could not be matched. My first time using your service after 4 years of it being offered at my job! Loved it. So speedy. My clothes looks new. Wish it was promoted more, none of my coworkers new about it when I told them about it. Plan on doing all of my dry cleaning through you.
Great service both of the times I have been in so far. Friendly and professional. This makes a very big difference to me. It makes me want to come back in and it makes me want to refer people.
The cost was exorbitant compared to other dry cleaners. I will not be back.
