Friendly people - lack of prices anywhere until payment is a little off-putting. And high prices to boot.
This was a total rip off. The guy at the desk said he couldn't give estimates of prices because it would take him 10 minutes (for 13 pieces). When we returned it cost 91$ for 13 pieces for iron only!!! 7$ alone to iron a shirt!!! And when I complained the guy at the desk was dismissing me with "this is the price". I should have left without paying. You guys are crooks!!'
There was a removable stain on my dress which was only removed by a spotter when I came to pick it up after I had pointed it out to the person checking me out. It should have been free if you are true to your slogan, but my checker did not offer and I didn't have time to make a scene.

My pants had a funny smell when I took them out of the plastic. Also, I didn't get an itemized receipt.
The first thing the person should ask the customer is "have you been here before", not just ask for the customers phone number. I wasted 3-5 minutes while the lady checked my phone number a couple of times & then checked my name before determining that I wasn't a return customer instead of just asking for the info and just imputing it into your system.
Sweater is covered in feathers - should have been removed in cleaning process. System was down only in my order and it took almost 20 mins for staff to get my cleaning to me.
