I brought in the rattiest pairs of jeans ever... said “leave these holes but sew these holes”. Yeah i know, being cool is hard, phew. Anyways, they did exactly what i asked and my Levis are wearable again and waitin to be torutured some more. The point of this story is.. ever taken something to get just one thing done and you come back to find rhinestones and some other things you dont remember asking to be done, DONE?! Well i have and its not funny at all. So stick with Flair Cleaners they listen.
I brought in a formal gown that I needed dry cleaning same day. I brought it in at 9:43am (before the 10am cut off) however when I came back that night to pick it up they said it was put in the wrong bin and wasn’t ready. They said they would get it done by 9am the next day, which they did, but it was very stressful to come back that next morning since I was had to be at the airport at noon to fly to Oregon for a formal holiday party. No one showed up for Tuesday’s pick up
I have never before heard of an up charge for white dry cleaning, and felt that the cost of service was not adequately disclosed ahead of time.
I had 4 pairs of pants hemmed recently. I was very disappointed to see that the tailor had not saved and reattached the hems as instructed and instead tried to (unsuccessfully) recreate the hems himself. This is unfortunate as all 4 pairs of brand new pants are now unwearable. The tailor should listen to instructions more closely and if he is not able to complete a job per the customer’s wishes, he should indicate this. I was quoted $15.00 for my sleeves to be hemmed and when I went to check out it was $45.00.
Work done when promised and charged less than quoted!
My shirts and jeans were wrinkled staff had a terrible attitude and presentation.

Staff was nice. Gave me a discount for not being able to take out the stain on one piece. However I noticed a spot on another piece was missed entirely...
