Candidly, I've sensed that your tailor has become very aggressive in his pricing the past three times I've had work done at Flair. I have, therefore, had my tailoring done elsewhere.
Hello Conchy, My name is Abe and dropped off a huge load of comforters, shirts, a sport coat, a suit, and a couple scarfs a couple months ago. I talked to you and mentioned that I had been going to Ogden's up the street. You were a pleasure to work with and really all the people I have worked with there have been. Is had to wait online while employees ignore customers the last few times I’ve been there. I’ve also had simple stains come back not only still there but with clothing ruined. The customer service and cleaning has gone way down hill in the last 4-6 mos. such a disappointment as I’ve always loved Flair and had been a long time client.
Conchi and the exceptional team are amazingly efficient, courteous and trusted. They have no equal in Santa Monica cleaners business. The best business strategy of all is the customer. In truth; however, Flair Cleaners also provides amenities such delicious assortment of fresh coffee and irresistible doughnuts and cookies. That is hospitality at its best. I would prefer if I could text the driver to tell them if I have dry cleaning or not as I don’t have it weekly. I am also traveling a lot over the summer so will not be there every Mon and Thurs. If this is not possible I would prefer to be removed from the home delivery list.
Way too expensive, no prices listed (my fault for not asking). Never again.
One shgirt you returned said it had to many spots and my sweater you cleaned and gave to me with spots on it..Sorry
I specifically asked, more than once, for a wool jacket to be folded and draped over the hanger and not hung on the hanger which causes shoulder indentations. The jacket was hung on the hanger and had shoulder indentations!!! The last time I used Flair, they ruined a heavy cotton queen bed cover and have avoided them ever since. My mistake for giving them another chance.
I gave a 2-piece suit and 2 ties for dry cleaning. The cleaning was fine, but one of the two ties came back with its stitching coming off.
