Great customer service and super dry cleaning. Coupons make the prices a good value too.
My first time with flair was unsatisfactory. I asked them to mend and dry clean a shirt plus dry clean a few other items. When I brought my items home they had not mended the shirt or dry cleaned it. I had to take it all the way back and explain to them. They refunded me my money for one shirt only and are now fixing the shirt but I was unimpressed that for a place that claims to get things done right, they were careless with an order from a brand new customer.
