I am missing my green bag which we use instead of plastic as much as possible. Please see if we can find it.
The robe is stretched out of shape and the belt has black fuzz all over it. I've responded to two feedback requests because my bill was spit into two parts. I'm not sure why.

The area around the shoulders and upper torso part of the robe is stretched out of shape and there is black fuzz all over the belt.
I have left my dry cleaning out for the past two weeks and it hasn’t been picked up.

I had sweater with leather sleeves cleaned and returned with the leather gnawed off and a note "Received In Damaged Condition". I would never have a sweater in that condition cleaned, let alone kept in my closet. I should not have been charged for this sweater.
Was told when I dropped off that they “only did dry cleaning,” and they didn’t do regular laundry. I needed my clothes, so left them - when I returned, the bill was almost $60, and the man who checked me out said, “that’s a lot - why didn’t you ask us to just launder them?” Grr. He took $8 off for the “miscommunication” (that’s not a miscommunication, it’s an error on their part, just to be clear). On top of that, half the pieces were tagged, “Sorry, couldn’t get the stains out.” Grr.
Brought my Jersey top in after I spilled an oily sauce in three spots. The damage was removed faultlessly.
