I brought 7 pieces in. 4 of them regular wash, they were scrubs.and the other two dry clean. One with water stain and shirt with sweat stain under my armpit. And another pants for dry clean. I brought 40% off coupon also with me. I paid over $45 after the coupon. Too expensive and my pants and shirt with the stains were not even taken care of. I brought in a 40% and 3 items for dry clean and 4 scrubs for regular wash. After the 40% my cost for the entire bill was $45 And , the water stain was not removed from my pants and the sweat ring was still there on my shirt. There was no note that they tried removing these stains. Even though I specifically told the person why I brought in these items for dry clean. He did tag them. I had to check and see if it was done or not my self. And they had to retry again. So I came twice, and finally it was done.

After previously informing you that shirt collars were badly pressed, once again we received collars that were not pressed as expected. I had not previously used you but had used other dry cleaners where I did not have this problem so it is disappointing to see the issue repeated. I have made the decision not to use the service again but revert back to using my previous dry cleaner. This was convenient for me but unfortunately not satisfactory.

Came in 3 days after dropping off my jacket for a small alteration and cleaning. The alteration wasn’t done and they made me come back the next day. When I came back the next day the alteration was done and the jacket was still dirty. It took 5 days to get it back cleaned and altered. Mind you, this alteration was a tiny thread that needed to be fixed. The staff were rude and unhelpful. I will be using different dry cleaners in the area in the future

No pick up yesterday. This is unusual but we were all ready and my front desk person just told me that Flair did not come yesterday. I hope we have pick up today
