I brought in a dress on Monday, specifically asking if you guys could remove a wine stain. I just picked up my dress (Wednesday afternoon) and brought it home only to see the wine stain was still there. If you were unable to get the stain out, I would have appreciated being notified as I can't wear it to my event tonight. 1) Two very expensive Akris cotton blouses came back stretched in length by about 3 inches. When I asked the staff how that could have happened they said it was probably the pressing machine and you have to have a special note to steam the garment and have it blocked small. I didn't understand why my green bag wasn't used for both pieces of my clothing. Instead, one pair of pants was covered in plastic. The other was in the green bag. Seemed like a waste.

The attendants were very nice. I asked them to please have my laundry the next day as I needed it and it was only T shirts and exercise and golf clothes. I gave only 2 stars because the clothes came folded and wrapped in Saran Wrap completely wrinkled. I can’t believe they would deliver clothes not folded properly. Very disappointed.

I tried to drop off my blanket and comforter to have dry cleaned with same-day service but was told it would take a minimum of three days. I (as I would imagine is the case for many others) only have one comforter and one blanket for my bed, so I was very disappointed to hear that if I wanted to use your service, I would have to forgo having a blanket and comforter on my bed for three days.
