I brought in two items to be dry cleaned as they had stains on them. The affected areas were marked at drop off. When I picked them up, none of the stains had been removed and the associate helping me didn’t mention anything. If a customer brings something to be dry cleaned for stain removal, it would be nice if it was mentioned, like “we tried to remove the stains but weren’t successful.” I had brought in the same jacket to Flair for stain removal previously and it was successful.
