I purchased a $100 dress shirt from Men's Warehouse and a $10 voucher for free dry cleaning of the shirt. Never wore the shirt and had it dry cleaned. MW Cleaners picked up the shirt, returned it to me damaged. I called about what to do next and was told the cleaners would pickup the shirt and determine if they would reimburse me. I have been calling about this now for more than a month and no one will speak to me. Horrible customer service, no one cares about addressing me. Still waiting.
Customer service needs to improve. They dont wait for the coupons And sometimes they dont add the coupons
Overall delivery is good; however, I am being overcharged for dry cleaning of pants and pressing of shirts is somewhat poor quality. The charge for pants is not consistent with published rates (on your website) for ExxonMobil @ $5.44 per pair. Also, the pressing of my shirts leaves wrinkles on the front pocket on almost every shirt.
I dropped off a pair of tan dress pants to be dry cleaned on Thursday September 3, 2015 around 10 AM. The promised ready time was Thursday 9/3 after 6 PM. I picked up the pants early Friday morning and noticed that there were double creases in the pant legs. Whole order is lost.
Clothes were not returned on the day promised. When returned, shirts were stiff and scorched indicating excessive use of starch and temperature. It took 3 tries to reach customer service (email - no response, phone message - no response). Once I spoke with a representative, charges were refunded quickly and courteously.
Last weekend I got an email saying my laundry was ready. So I made the effort to drive back over to the store to pick it up, only to be told that for mechanical reasons they could not give me my laundry. They had no idea when it would be fixed and did not offer to deliver it. I was leaving town on Sunday for a business trip and had to but some shirts to take with me.
overall everything is fine. Yet, it is curious to us that when we place used hangers in your boxes that your delivery driver picks up yet never leaves an empty and we have to go to the store to get a replacement.
