I was given a pair of men's slacks rather than my silk pants and had to return them to get the correct pair, we were in the process of packing for an international flight.
We have had multiple issues regarding receiving clothing back that is still dirty and does not appeared to have been cleaned and had to return for re-cleaning. Most recently, my husband dress shirt was returned back with new stains/marks that had to have occurred at the facility. There have been times when our picks up have not occurred. Excellent dry cleaning experience. I have been using MW Cleaners for several months now and how been greatly impressed with their service. Clothes are placed in the appropriate hangers, sweaters were enclosed in swapped bags, scarves/wraps were neatly folded and placed on hangers. All very impressive!! I will continue to use their services -- especially here on our Campus. One question/suggestion: Do you recycle hangers? If not, why not?
Quality of cleaning and pressing of clothes is outstanding. Only comment is retrieving clothes from moving storage racks is unorganized and lengthy ---- all the order is not together in one place. Individual garments retrieved from multiple spots on moving conveyor. Takes long time to get checked out with cleaned clothes.
I used MW Cleaners when I lived in The Woodlands and I was very satisfied. When I moved to Lake Conroe, I saw a MW Cleaners van in my subdivision, and I called to arrange home pick up and delivery. My daughter has recently purchased a house nearby, and she uses MW Cleaners as well. The attention to detail is what makes me a loyal customer (collar guards, never wrinkled, dependable pick up and delivery, auto charge to my credit card on file, never lost a single piece of clothes in the 10 years I have been a customer).
I have been a loyal and happy customer for over 6 years. During the past week I have run into a problem with getting my stuff. I dropped clothing off at store on Wednesday the 26, to be delivered on normal Friday drop, It didn't come. I called to get it Saturday, they accidentally said 8pm, but actually closed at 6pm so I missed that chance. The clothing did not arrive on normal Monday drop. We have always had great experiences with MW Cleaners. Clothes always delivered when promised. Thank you for the good service, in this day and age of poor customer service.
The experience in using your service has been good. One recommendation would be to provide a service that other cleaners have done, at least for me, in the past. One of my shirts had a very loose button on the cuff and it was returned with out repair. Other cleaners would have noticed and repaired.
While all the employees are so professional and friendly, I feel the care to my garments is sub-standard. They would continually dry-clean many items that didn't need it because they felt it was better for the garment event though it cost me 3 times as much. Last week they delivered my neighbors shirts to my house. This week I received a shirt that wasn't mine and of course I was charged dry cleaning for that garment as well. I'm scared that one of my shirts are sitting in someone else's closet.
