Very expensive and got charged for every little thing. Shirt prices were decent and comparable for pick up and delivery. Everything else was way more expensive than other dry cleaners and they even dry cleaned and charged us for the bag we had them pick the clothes up in. It's a laundry bag we never asked for it to be cleaned.

I am a regular customer. I had no complaints until last week. After I picked up my dry cleaning and was putting it away at home I noticed that an item wasn't cleaned because of beads being glued. The note said they couldn't reach me because my telephone has been disconnected, I haven't changed my telephone number. In my opinion if you couldn't reach my by phone why didn't someone email me? Suit coat pockets on both sides were pressed into a wad. Shirt cuffs on some shirts on the left side have a wave in them, does not look good. You are a little week in the finish area.

I LOVE THESE CLEANERS!! I switched after a local cleaner was cleaning my clothes for 2 years and lost 3 pair of pants and 6 shirts. Gave them to someone else and was not concerned about it. Walked into my local MW Cleaners and told them what had happened that I was searching for a New Dry cleaners! They have been fantastic ever since!! The management down to the workers. The service has been decent. The issues I have had where when I set up instructions on heavy sweaters or polo's to be folded over the hanger instead of hung up to avoid hanger marks on the shoulders of the clothing there have been many times where those instructions where not followed. Also the location I go to is a converted drive thru bank giving the impression we are to drive up and the MW employees are to come out to greet and service normally that does not happen.
