This location lost my clothes, by the time they found them we were out of state. They had to mail me my husband's suit and other articles.They assured me after all the inconvenience that they had caused they would mail them out the next day and for correcting the problem I may have given 2 stars, but then the next week they still didnt show up. Glad you all asked. You know that I have not been coming to you as my cleaners of choice for various reasons. I regards to this last visit somehow I had starched shirts, when I never get starch and your cool barcodes on my clothes should alert you to my preferences. Just too much money for not the best quality. The silly cardboard on the collars are completely useless.
Service is great!!! Price is way too high. I understand everybody wants things for cheaper. But still in reality the prices are too high.
Heather is great. My shirts came back terribly pressed again, basically unwearable. I'm done with MW in Kingwood.
I always receive superior service at the Alden Bridge location of MW Cleaners. They know me by name and always take great care of me.
I use the MW Cleaners in Indian Springs, The Woodlands. I always get superb service from Heather and all the staff there. Everyone is very pleasant, courteous and professional. They know how to efficiently take my orders in and quickly handle my pickups. They also work very well together as a team to ensure the customer gets handled well. Great service at the Rayford Road MW cleaners. Everyone is friendly, they do a wonderful job at the counter and the drop off area outside,clothes are always pressed or laundered very well, and the place is always clean. Never had any mess ups like the other cleaners that I went to. A little on the pricy side but worth every penny.
I find the MW Cleaners in the Randall's Shopping Center in Kingwood to be a great place to do business. I find them very helpful, extremely easy to work with, and very efficient.
We love the Forest Wood MW Cleaners. Mary, Jon, Sylvia and Ms. Lyn are always friendly, professional and sharp. The service is impeccable!
