Your service has always been satisfactory. The operators are friendly and service oriented. They make my trip to MW Cleaners a pleasant experience instead of a chore.
MW Cleaners is always consistent with their cleaning. Professional and excellent service. MW is not the cheapest, but they are always the best.
The people that work at the MW Cleaners in the Alden Bridge store in The Woodlands, Texas are always pleasant and helpful. Most of them know who I am as I walk in the door and know what I usually ask for (ie. turn in laundry, pick up laundry and do not use your home delivery). I appreciate their friendliness and how quickly they get me in and out of the laundry.
The employees at MW Cleaners in Atascocita are always friendly and professional.
I had a white cotton blouse destroyed in your cleaning process And, a black pair of favorite jeans had color fading around the waist and pocket seams and a crease was put in legs that had a faded crease line! I was given replacement cost for the blouse. I left the jeans there and the manager was to call me regarding what could be done. I have not heard back yet and it has been 2 weeks.
It's funny I just received this survey as I had just decided to take my business elsewhere. My only complaint is EVERY time I get my white shirts back they are covered in lint and tiny hairs or fuzz. In the past I have sent them back but they still come back full of lint. Bringing my clothes home and having to use a lint brush to clean them has become standard procedure. I will try another cleaner and see if I get better results. As a side note the staff at the store have always been very nice to work with.
Horrible. I've communicated 20 times that my cuffs on my shirts continue to get ironed with wrinkles and the shirts look terrible under a suit coat. I've given Sterling Ridge and Alden Bridge 10 tries. I'm done with trying. Seeking an alternative cleaners now.
I was greeted by someone helping at the front desk immediately upon entering the store. My questions were answered about a garment I brought in that needed attention with regard to a spot. Courteous and knowledgeable employees are greatly appreciated at your business!! Everyone I have had contact with a MW Cleaners in this location has always exceeded my expectations with regard to courtesy and information!!
Service has always been at a top level. Phyllis really goes above and beyond in all areas of the service she provides. Her attention to customer service and details coupled with her personality you might say are 60% of the reason I've been a steady customer since 2004. Finally I might add that MW Cleaners consistently takes good care of my especially my shirts and all of my garments.
