When I came back from holidays I had more than 20 shirts to be laundered and every time I send a bunch I get double charged. Still waiting for a refund.
MW Cleaners is great! My shirts always look great and the concierge service is very convenient. I can call my driver anytime and everyone I deal with is very friendly!

I'm an Anadarko pick-up and delivery customer. There is a lot of convenience in this, but frankly service and quality suffer. They are not good at checking for stains and are not good at getting them out when they are pointed out. In my most recent experience, I have a cotton casual shits with a food oil stain. After 3 try’s they have still have not gotten the stain out and each time they deliver it back to me with no communication whatsoever as if the problem is not there. Left out clothes for 2 pickup days in a row (th and mon) without pickup. After phone call, picked up on unscheduled day. Return delivery was late.
I haven't been using MW Cleaners for very long, a few months. At first my uniform shirts and pants came back perfectly pressed. Recently not so much. My pants' creases look sloppily pressed and I've had to send shirts back twice. The shirts looked as if they had been pressed in a hurry without regard for whether they had been done properly. The staff at the store readily agreed with me and sent the shirts back to be pressed again free of charge.
Disappointed with the length of time for delivery. Asked to have cleaning hun at the back of house, instead was on the front door where anyone could take the clothes.
I have been using MW Cleaners and the home delivery service for many years and I have had nothing but quality service. Every once in a blue moon a minor mishap happens and they always make it right and give me outstanding customer service.
