Got sweater out of your packaging only to find it was ruined! All silver studs which ran in doubt rows down the entire length of each long sleeve were missing!! Have used MW cleaners for many years, really disturbing that the sweater was mis- handled and returned as if nothing was wrong!
I am really pleased with MW Cleaners....I have been doing business with them for several years. They handle my laundry in just the way I want it handled...on time delivered to my door and with reasonable cost....
I love the concierge service at MW Cleaners. My job as a manager at one of the top Lincoln stores in the country is demanding. My time off is precious to me. I never have to worry about getting to the dry cleaners before they close or waiting for them to open. My nice clean clothes are picked up and dropped off twice a week. The service never disappoints.
Honestly, I don't know why I keep returning to your store. In my entire life I have never had slacks pressed backwards. At your store it keeps happening to me. There is a notation on my account to crease my slacks. I have never seen slacks pressed without a crease but your people keep doing it. They look like clown pants. I have read seen anyone wear slacks like that. When I ask the clerks why it keeps happening, all I get is a blank stare.
No matter when I send my shirts to be cleaned. You always seem to find a way to out do yourselves on the quality of your work.
We love Jonathan- We had an issue with some items that were not done on time. I immediately called him, he apologized and said he would find my husbands clothes, and assured me they were not missing... He returned the next day (not a normal delivery day) and left our items on the door with a personal note. We haven't looked over our credit card statement, but when we do, I'm sure there will be a credit on the account. I have been a MW Cleaners customer for 7 years now, and I have always been very happy with the quality and professionalism of their work product and their staff. In the one instance where I did have a problem, my issue was addressed quickly and with good cheer. It makes it easy for me to decide who to continue to do business with!
Everything is wonderful with MW except they routinely break the epaulet buttons on my uniform shirt. I've gone to my local MW and asked them to stop doing it. They told me that laundered items must go thru the press, and the press is what's doing it.....and there's no way to stop it from happening. They will replace any buttons that break. However, once the button has been replaced 3 or 4 times, there is a hole in the shirt from all the sewing that must be done.
First time using MW Cleaners and no complaints - fast, friendly and reliable. Looking forward to giving them some repeat business.
