Loved this place when it was M. W. Cleaners. It was expensive but worth it because they replaced any broken or missing buttons. Tide Dry Cleaners has raised the prices and lowered service-most of my husband’s dress shirts now come back with buttons missing or cracked. And now they have lost a very expensive shirt of my husband's and tell me that it will be a TWO MONTH process for them to do an audit and then and only then open up the issue to a possible reimbursement
I have been contacted several times over past week to pick up an order and rate service. I have called store directly and told them that I had not dropped anything off, for months, maybe 6 months, they pulled the article and supposedly corrected the account contact info. I am now still getting contacted today by text and now by email. I guess if accounts can’t be kept straight, I can’t depend on using services ever again.

I brought 6 Decorative pillows to be cleaned, they don't do pillows, only pillow covers. I brought a couch slipcover, they don't do them as they say they shrink 20-30%. I said I'd sign a waiver as the cover was way too big for the couch I was using it on anyway. Nope, still won't clean it. So no good for my needs. Guess I'll go elsewhere.
Little consistency on pick-up days, and especially delivery days. When my driver misses a week due to his vacation, there is NO replacement driver because in my experience my clothes do not get picked up; my regular driver is indifferent to it because he was away and therefore Tide the Company dropped the ball. Also a $115 Tommy Bahama shirt was ruined. Uniforms are returned uncreased and there is an overall lack of quality there. You've been instructed not to include tissue paper in my shirt and my bag even has a tag on it to that effect; but yet I keep receiving shirts stuffed with tissue. If you want to keep me as customer....no more tissue!

$24 for two pieces to be dry cleaned! That’s a joke and you’ve lost my business.
I had 2 dresses and 1 woman's two-piece suit cleaned. I was charged $16.85 for the suit and $46.40 for the 2 dresses. These dresses are everyday work dresses that come to about my mid-calf. I was told these are charged as "LONG" and that is why they were $23 each. This is ridiculous! After 3 cleanings I could buy a new one. These are not "evening" gowns. I called the store and talked to the manager, and was told that is your pricing, set by your pricing team.
