Unfortunately one of the shirts that I sent for lundry came back smelling pretty bad! I will be following up with your shop tomorrow, but it is the second time that the clothes I send for laundry come back smelling bad... You clearly sacrifice quality for quantity and I assure you I will not be your customer on a third occurance!

Timing was excellent. Comforter shrank about 10% in width and length.
Have not received any coupons!
I had my silk drapes cleaned and it is pricey to do so, therefore I was very disappointed that they were returned to me noticeably wrinkled. I expected them to be well pressed and ready to hang for the price charged. As this was just before Thanksgiving, I didn't have time to send them back to be redone so I did it myself. Not acceptable.
You keep sending me emails to come in I have not received any coupons
Very overpriced. Costs $21 to have two lab coats laundered and starched where as I pay $8 for two at my usual dry cleaners. Employee was not friendly on first approach, never introduced herself or helped me when I told her I had never picked up there before.
I brought a bedspread in to have laundered that had a spot where a dog had wet on it. I told the lady that I left it with about the spot. The spot is still there so I have to assume it was not spot cleaned.
You are too expensive and that’s why I had to find another service.
I needed to get ready for an interview. The 2 garments I got back were excellent. Unfortunately the third item, my pants, wasn't there. I didn't discover this until right before I got ready for the interview. The're was no time and I had to show up in jeans.
