All things considered the cleaning and laundry services are acceptable. However, as a customer that drops off/picks up (not acceptable for me to have cleaning placed outside my home in the weather while I'm at work) I do not like to pay the same price as customers that have their cleaning picked up and returned to their home. In essence, I'm paying to subsidize this service for some of MW customers. MW needs to offer better pricing, coupons, etc. for customers that drive to its storefront locations.

MW Cleaners is there most convenient cleaner to where I live. Although I have not used their free pick-up and drop off service, it is nice to know that it is available to me. The quality of dry cleaned clothing from MW is second to none, and I find myself wearing my created dress pants significantly longer than other cleaners. Saves me time & money!

The cost was excessive. Over $36 for 5 shirts!! Ridiculous. They don't look like they were pressed at all and worst of all, they now stink. So I will have to have them cleaned elsewhere or wash them myself. Terrible experience overall.

My items were okay. I didn't like the experience. I wasn't looking for anything free. I came in for the first time looking for a cleaner . I ask for prices and I was told something inconsistent through email. Once I came in to pickup my clothes a young man stated that this was a very expensive cleaners. And the young lady was new that gave me the prices. I'm not saying that I wouldn't return. However, I wasn't prepare for the prices that I was given wrong information for. Thank you for your time.

Generally I've had good experiences with MW Cleaners. The one time something went wrong, they fixed it right away with no hassles. They are not the cheapest, but as they say, you get what you pay for.

Have been using MW Cleaners since 2010. The convenience of the drop window and lockers are fantastic since my husband and I work such eratic schedules. The staff at the 242 location are always so pleasant and friendly. When we recently moved, staying in the area to continue to use this location was actually a factor.

I like using MW cleaners, they found some items I had left in my clothes and forgot and they were kind enough to return them to me. They know my name when I come in and yesterday they found a sport coat button missing, and sewed a replacement on while I waited, great service.

Fast professional service! MW Cleaners exceeded my expectations dry cleaning and personal service. It's apparent I've been using the wrong cleaners up until now. I'm very happy that I made the change to MW Cleaners.
