Coupons were not honored by your employee and you prices w/out the coupons are ridiculous. We’ve been customers since the mid-‘90’s thru 3-4 of your name changes… no more!
16 items brought in.Total was over $130.Previously, we brought more for less.Many items were dry cleaned & it wasn’t necessary. This was our 2nd time and our last.
I asked for my clothes to be laundered, ironed, and folded. Got them back and they were hung. So I basically wasted time and money since I needed them folded for a trip.
Your prices went up and are too high! We found another cleaner who charges much more reasonalble prices.
Service was great but shirts burnt and a big wad of dryer lint on a pair of pants
This was my first time to use you all. I had 15 garments and only received 14 back. Then your prices are out of this world. I was using Andy’s Cleaners before and I will definitely be going back even though it’s 10 miles out of my way. For the garments I was charged a total of 103 dollars. These same 15 at Andy’s was 88 dollars. Big difference! Plus loosing a garment is unacceptable.
While the dry cleaning is great, unfortunately one of your employees isn’t the right face for the business, no skills of costumer service, unfriendly, unhappy and short, whatsoever she does the work.
My wife was humiliated by person at checkout for using coupon. It is always about how you make them feel. Hope that makes sense
