Price was ridiculously high.. so not sure I will be back because for 3 items (a dress and two men’s shirts) cost me 30.00 they did give me 20% off because I had a coupon but still $24.00 for three items is stupid high. I won’t be back for that reason. Sorry

I've been a customer along time at this location and off research Forrest before that your staff is always friendly and take care of my work shits always pressed and looking Sharp while other tech show up in a tee shirt and jeans . I come back because of this there is a dry cleaners in Willis where I live that has never had my business. The only reason I would stop coming to your location is if you put a store in Willis.

Fantastic customer service. But i paid $17.04 for 2 peices. Way over priced. I will never go back for that reason alone. I have never seen or heard of a cleaners being that high in price. And it's a shame because the customer service was phenomenal.

The lady who took care of the transaction was very good. But I brought 10 pieces in, mostly blouses, and my bill was 93.00, I can not even comprehend why y’all would charge so much. I will not be back, there are many others who do not try to charge so much. Thank you, Melissa Carver

I took 3 pants to laundry. All 3 with iron marks and some stains. Discolored. Ruined my pants!!!

tHE COUNTER GIRL WAS VERY NICE, I TOLD HER THAT i WOULD LIKE TO HAVE ALL MY SHIRTS LAUNDERED. sHE REPLIED, DESPITE MY REQUEST, ONE OF MY SHIRTS HAS TO BE PROCESS FOR DRY CLEAN, i ADVISED HER THAT THAT SHIRT HAS ALREADY BEING LAUNDERED MANY TIMES BEFORE, SHE INSISTENLY REPLIED BECAUSE OF COMPANY POLICY. sHE MAKES ME AWARE OF POTENTIAL DAMAGES TO MY SHIRT. i SAID i UNDERSTAND AND i WILL TAKE THE RISK
