I got great service at tide on 242 your centtral cleaner location then you shut it down and my clothes are being sent to another location for cleaning. Big mistake. Now my collars are bent, i say no starch i get starch. Your starch stinks, I cant stand it and I cant get tide to stop starching them. I've seen the tickets, they say no starch. They ruined my brand new comforter and didn’t even apologize or ask how they could correct the situation. I would NOT recommend anyone using them.

Prices are outrageous
I just got back a blazer that was in for the very first time, only worn 3-4 times. It came back with one lapel 2"higher than the other. This makes at least 5-6 suit coats and blazers that this has happened to over the last few years. I have brought them back in to be corrected and most of them end up worse after correction than they were before. Some are ruined. I pay extra for black tie service on several shirts and they are so wrinkled that I need to iron them before I can wear them. My regular shirts are fine. It’s frustrating that I pay extra for poor service.
Your manager was quite condescending and rude when i went to pick up my daughter’s uniform. Th ere where spots all over it that looked like lint trapped in starch. The collar was also pressed incorrectly and the back of the shirt was even worse that the collar. I was told it was bc of the size of the hanger. Now I am Not stupid. It was pressed incorrectly with dirty starch. If this would have been handled in a better manner I would have gladly kept coming back. Other thank a we hiccups, the overall service are great. We presented a $5.00 discount we received in the email. When I picked up the clothes and asked if rev discount has been applied, the clerk stated she made a mistake and didn’t apply it. She proceeded by saying that it will be refunded to the card. Today, I checked my bank and the refund hasn’t made it there yet. I’ll give it another day and we’ll see.
