Received someone else’s laundry too. Notified the person. And also felt the blazer was not well handled. It doesn’t look dry washes and instead has lint and hair on it.
Dropped off a suit to be dry cleaned and asked when it would be ready and they said the next day. Wow next day service (if you drop it off before a certain time the day before). And they don’t charge extra for that. And the ladies there were very sweet.
The laundry "appears" to have lost a pair of either Gap or Buckle jeans but has no record of them. Our ordered was delayed due to an issue with a pair of pants. When I went to pick the cleaning up, they showed me a pair of jeans that were not mine! I've always had all of my jeans cleaned there and it's strange that there is no record of that brand under our name ever being cleaned there! Looks like I'm out a pair of pants!!
Terrible work. I have had to ask them over and over again to clean and press the collars correctly. I just spent $80 on an order yesterday and they are terrible! The first time we used you the shirts were great. What happened? Whoever is doing the pressing is doing it completely wrong.
Clothes came out pretty good, but we asked for Laundered shirts and pants. Well all pants were Dry Cleaned and some could have been Laundered and were not. This caused our bill to be higher. Is this standard practice? We will not use them again and too expensive!
I was charged $50 for four items. This was my first time using tide cleaners. I had a 50% off coupon but was never applied. I still don’t know how to claim my items I have not been contacted that they are ready this is not the same service that I used to receive from Men’s Wearhouse cleaners. I haven’t even seen my items but I can guarantee you that the cleaning is not worth $50
Sent me to the wrong locker to pick up my clothes.
They do not know how to follow directions. I brought in my graduation gown and stole and ask for them to be steamed free of wrinkles. I did not want them pressed with an iron. I clarified several times I wanted my items steamed only and was asurred that would happen. It did not. They ruined my stole by pressing it. I could have done better by fumbling around with my own iron. Very disappointing service.
Very pleasant employees at both drop-off and pickup. Actually had clothes done ahead of time.
