Seemed ok. We took the clothes to the location on College Park. Price seemed high, even with 50% coupon.

My $11.00 hems were different lengths and mostly too long dragging on the floor.
Shirt smelled weird and unpleasant. Found it rather expensive for one item. Saw roach at the front counter.
I need an immediate call back from the manager ASAP. I had my wedding dressed cleaned and preserved for $280, when I took it out of the box to check their work there were complete bald spots where petals are missing and there are still stains all down the front. When I picked up the dress none of this was even mentioned. I EXPECT a complete refund. My daughter will never be able to wear this $5,000 wedding dress now. It is ruined.
The cleaning was done well; however, the customer service lacks courtesy. To be fair, it wasn't all the employees that were rude, only one. But when that one employee makes a rude comment regarding customers accepting to have a copy of the receipt in front of the customer, in my eyes that person does not need to work in the front with customers. Unfortunately, that situation alone has turned me away from future visits. Sorry.
Great....but $43 for 15 shirts? There are plenty of 99 cent shirt services around.....$3 per shirt? Excessive
The service was really friendly but the price was way more than I have ever paid. I will find a more reasonable cleaners
The cleaning was ok I guess but the prices are more than double what I usually pay. Back to Jacqui cleaners for me.
