Your people are good, but the one thing I get confused over is 'picking up' and dropping off my laundry. Drop off is 'do I go inside or not?" Sometime someone meets me outside and others I go in a stand, but where. In pick -up, I go inside, but where? In both incidents I go inside, and normally someone from the other side of the building will say "can I help you?", but I don't know if it is ok to walk towards them in what seems to be the 'working area'? Just saying...

I love this cleaners. I've lived in Harpers Landing did 15 years and it's the only cleaners I've ever used in this area. I've gone here for so long I don't remember where I took my clothes before. Great service.

MY LAST EXPERIENCE WAS EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING, SHOCKING, AND CONCERNING. TIDE CLEANERS APPEARS TO FIND EVERY OPPORTUNITY TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF CUSTOMERS WITH THEIR EXORBITANT AND HIDDEN FEES . FIRST I TOOK (2) SHORT (WAIST LENGTH) PLAIN COTTON JACKETS (NO FRILLS) BOTH ALIKE JUST (1) BLACK AND (1) TAN. I WAS SENT A $15 COUPON AND HAD BEEN EXCITED TO HOPEFULLY SAVE SOME MONEY BUT WHEN I PICKED THEM UP THE CHARGE WAS $22.88 AND NOT EVEN FILLED WITH TISSUE FOR SHAPING (EXPLANATION: ADDITIONAL "UP-FEES") NEVER MENTIONED WHEN ... read more

I understood they would let me know when my item was cleaned and ready to pickup. Never heard from them, was visiting next door and decided to check on my clothes and sure enough it was ready.
