I drive several miles out of my way, passing many other dry cleaners, to have my clothes cleaned at MW. Unfortunately I live outside of their delivery range but I can tell a significant difference in my clothes between them and their competitors.
I like dropping my clothes off at locker in the parking garage and getting them the following afternoon. It's very convenient.
The delivery and pickup is great. However, they can never get my dry cleaning correct. My chart says to crease all pants, but they never do and then I am charged and then I have to return them for the crease and then I have to call the cleaners to get the refund. It is frustrating that they don't look at the request on the chart. It could save a lot of time and money if they would learn to read. Thanks
