I just want to let you know what a wonderful and valuable employee Priscilla is. She usually is the person I deal with. This time I insisted she did not return my credit card. I could not find it after I left there. Accidentally, of course. She remained so polite and kind the entire time. I found my card in my purse and called and apologized. I was frantic and she was so calm and courteous. Thank her again for me and extend my apology to her. I was so wrong.
