Good job. But checkin and checkout is very slow and price is too high
This was my first visit to this Delias and I am disappointed. Even with a 30% discount, 3 shirts and 2 pairs of jeans was over $24. I got the shirts back and the 2 shirts were not pressed as I like ( heavier starch) with the 3 sufficient for how it is worn. The 2 jeans were not creased as specified, yet confirmed written on the receipt. Asked for a manager to call me twice. Even stopped back in person trying to speak to a manager. Was told there are three and not one of them called me back. Also when I went to pick up my order today - nothing had been cleaned. It was hanging in bags and nothing done. The front desk girl agreed it wasn't cleaned and said sorry but didn't offer to do anything. Horrible. You had my clothes for a week and you didn't do anything!!!!
King bed spread appeared to be was nicely dry cleaned (I hope you didn't wash it as tag recommended dry cleaning), but shrunk tremendously! It used to reach to the floor on both sides of the bed. It now hangs at least 12 inches off the floor on both sides of the bed. I will be stopping in to discuss this with a manager. I am very disappointed and upset.
I dropped off and showed where the spots are but when my husband picked up the cloths the spots was still there and then more. So the 2 jackets and pants were left there and hopefully when i pick up they will be clean
Was quoted less than $6. For cleaning. When I picked up it was almost $9. Would have gone elsewhere had I known it was going to be that much.
Timing was good, but had you hem and press a dress and the dress is wrinkled and there was string hanging off the new hem
I took my comforter to another cleaners and they could not get it clean. When I got it back from it was as clean as new
Just noticed this morning, while I was getting ready for a very important interview, that the collar stays in the shirt, that I had laundered by your facility, were missing. Now the collars won't stay down and it's impacting my otherwise very professional appearance. I don't appreciate it.
