After specifically showing the attendant the spots on both sides of the comforter, then went home to put it on the bed and realized that only one side had not been cleaned. Brought it back and asked for it to be redone on the other side. When I got it back the 2nd time and on the bed again, I found 2 small spots. I used fabric spot remover at home and the 2 spots came right out. What a waste of time!

3 times my shirts where not completely pressed and the last time,when I checked out I asked if there was a price increase and she said yes .That's a shame no warning all so went to another cleaners across the street that is more reasonable

Prices were rediculous. Bought a pair of pants, and you charged $20- EACH- just to hem them. I'm done with using your store!

I was shocked when I picked up my only piece of dry cleaning and the amount owed was $75.00 ... outrageous for a bed skirt that only needed PRESSING. Granted the bed skirt was a little unusual -- it was in three long strips of fabric -- no frills, gathers, or decorations. I will never use your service again.
