You did fine, but I will never go back....TOOOOOOO EXPENSIVE. I only left my slacks there because I was already there (I had never been before) and I needed them done quickly (no time to go look for another place). Paid almost $6 per pair AFTER a 20% off coupon. My old place in Gilbert (because I just moved to Queen Creek) was closer to $3-$3.50 per pair WITHOUT a coupon. For that price, I'll gladly drive back to Gilbert if I can't find something closer.
I had a coffee stain on the left leg of my slacks. You appear to have removed it for me. I thank you. I however was shocked at the price. I guess I am not keeping up with the times.
Slip was attached/sewn to the dress and when picked up, it was deattached. When I mentioned this situation to the clerk, I simply received a this is normal and she would have to call her manager. It’s was obvious this cleaner did not wanna take responsibility of the situation as there was no offer of restitution. First and last time customer.
This was my first experience with this dry cleaners and it will definitely be my last. I dropped off a brand new dress (with tags attached) for spot cleaning. I was assured by the cashier that the tags would remain on the dress as they would only be performing spot cleaning. My clothes came back wrinkled pretty badly, and all of my collar stays on my shirts were gone.
My tie was not cleaned and I never received an email or call saying it was ready for pickup.
I couldn't believe how much you charge for ironing/pressing an item...like $5.50. I can only imagine if I needed full on dry cleaning?!?
Perhaps have a coupon for discount on leather garments
I would like to express how much of a shock it was to receive my bill, the tickets that I received reflect my bill was going to be $45 When I sent my husband to pick up it was $80 Wasn't informed of the prices for different pieces of clothing was told $2.88 an item When in reality it was way more than that an item.
