The staff and service have been what I would expect from Delia's cleaners. However I have found that Delias cleaners is much more expensive then other cleaners near our home and office, also offering same day pick up and convenient access located in our daily routes. Though I appreciate the recent coupon, I would prefer a more competitive rate of for your service. The clothes all looked wonderful! Staff is pleasant and helpful. My only issue was this: I came in to pick up my clothes with a coupon. I was told that your system does not work well when coupons are submitted at the time of pick up but they do work well at the time of drop off. Being and IT professional and leader that does not make sense. Sometime you drop off clothes and then a coupon comes in the mail. Are you telling me I cannot use that coupon? Thanks.

I went to pick up my first jacket I had dry cleaned after purchasing a membership and it was ironed completely wrong. I paid but left it to get redone

The cost of the current cleaning was astonishingly high and I requested an itemized receipt. The receipt contained your batch numbers and was not broken down by item. I requested an itemized receipt and the clerk was unable to figure out how to create one for me. I left my copy of the receipt with my cell phone number and requested a call when she was able to get assistance to create the proper receipt. After a week, no calls. At this point, I am rather unhappy about these events.
