It was nice when they notified me that one of the shirts I dropped off would take an extra day
Great staff -- just wish your shop had similar attention to detail. Often laundered shirts come back with collars rogue-pressed, and despite pre-treat ask, frequently cuffs/collars don't come back as clean as they should. Used to be safety pinned tags on the shirt tail for "cuffs & collars" but since that effort seemed to die on the vine, so has the attention to detail (so it seems)...
Great service
Had a 50% off from my bag purchase that was suppose to be applied. It hadn't been done on the intake properly and he couldn't change it after the fact. $89 dry cleaning bill was outrageous. He gave me two more 50% coupons for future use.

Great service but pricey in comparison with local competitors.
Always pleasant and helpful staff - need to have back-end cleaning focus attention on shirts (notably, cuffs and collars). Far too frequently, collars are not pressed properly, nor given proper pre-treatment, even when explicitly asked for.
