I would have given a 5 star if my wife's dress had not come back to is still wet. We didn't realize it until the next morning.
Men's shirts and pants: your charges are too expensive and s/b no higher than $3.00 per item. $6.00 to clean a pair of pants is ridiculous. I moved here from Chicago ( which is a more expensive market) and paid $3.00 per item
Brought in two duvet covers. Had no idea if they were being 'laundered' or drycleaned'. Apparently there is a difference and the sign on the door '20% off' didn't apply to laundered duvet covers. Nor did any other coupon they sent me during the first two days I had an account. Didn't really care about the coupons, but they set an expectation.
too expensive
I was told the wrong pricing information when I dropped off my clothes and your prices are too high. They are the highest I've ever seen at a dry cleaners. Will be looking for another one in the area.
Both staff members were friendly. The cleaners were able to fix my coat when I thought it was beyond repair.
I had three tickets and I thought it was the price on the biggest ticket. I didn't know I had to add all of them together.
Good job. But checkin and checkout is very slow and price is too high
