When I checked in I showed the clerk a 20% Coupon I had on my phone. He told me the total would be $50 and some change. When I arrived to pick up my pants, a different clerk rang me up for $62 and when I told her about what the morning clerk told me, she said she couldn’t reverse the charge and gave me the $12 store credit. There should be a process in place so the employees know about the discounts
I had to drop off a number of shirts. I had hoped that under new management the continuing issue of crushed and wrinkled collars would have been solved. However, I had to return a shirt because of this ongoing issue.
When we dropped our last order off my wife included. A 50% off coupon and the attendant assured her that it would be applied. When I went to pick the order up yesterday no such coupon. I paid full price. That is just wrong!
Got my name wrong twice, when picking up my clothes it was still wrong. And still wrong on the slip..
I was driving to work this morning and I kept smelling something like mildew towels. I couldn’t figure out where it was coming from until I smelled my pants. I just picked them up yesterday, and while they look great, they smell terrible. If I could go home and change I would. Based on the Tide name, I was expecting my clothes to smell fresh and clean, but unfortunately that is not the case at all. I will not be back.
I put my 1880 year skirt into be dry cleaned I do reenactments of the 1800s and I had a modeling photoshoot I went to put my skirt on in the ties that by the waist were gone I have called the store three times everybody said they'll get back with me and I haven't heard anything I went in and I talked to a young gentleman he was very helpful but nothing has been done I want something to be done now because this is not right I had to take the ties off of my petticoat and I could not wear my petticoat because I didn't have the ... read more
They keep breaking the buttons on the sleeves of my new dress shirts.
I'm always nervous to use a new cleaner with a very expensive suit but I had seen good reviews and the location was close to my new house. The service was very quick and the staff were great. However, I ended up having to take my jacket to a seamstress to get fixed because the lining was torn out at the bottom. As soon as I showed it to them they asked if I had recently had it cleaned because that's how it most likely happened. Also, the pants were not pressed very well. You did fine, but I will never go back....TOOOOOOO EXPENSIVE. I only left my slacks there because I was already there (I had never been before) and I needed them done quickly (no time to go look for another place). Paid almost $6 per pair AFTER a 20% off coupon. My old place in Gilbert (because I just moved to Queen Creek) was closer to $3-$3.50 per pair WITHOUT a coupon. For that price, I'll gladly drive back to Gilbert if I can't find something closer.
