Fast service. Nice employee. Dry cleaning experience was a positive one.
I bring 7 bluses and i ask the young guy how much is going to be and he says is 4.50 for each blouse. when i came for that it was 57.00dollars i ask why ? The lady in front she says is 6.90 for each blouse i was in shock she give me 20% off still i pay 50.00 dollars ..NEVER EVER AGAIN YOU GUYS NEED TO PUT PRICES IN FRONT SO WE DESIRE TO LEAVE OUR CLOTHES OR NOT BAD BAD BAD😣😣
Showed coupon at drop off. Was told to bring it at pick up. Was approved even though expired. At pick it gave coupon and credit card from car window. Coupon not used. Credit card charged without telling me that no coupon was used. Told them they needed to honor it as was promised at drop off. Employee told me if I didn’t like it, I was welcome to call police. Seven pair of shorts were 48.00, should of been light starch, but didn’t have any added. For that amount of money they should of been perfect, but weren’t crisp at all. I’m usually a fan, but not this time!!
You tried to remove a spot on my sport jacket and instead added 2 more spots. I returned it to you and you remove the 2 addition spots but didn’t remove the original spot.
I asked to have 5 shirts laundered. When I went to pick up my clothes, employee tried to charge me dry cleaning price. Felt very embarrassed as shop was full and was contesting the charge with employee in front of multiple customers. Need to educate and train your staff.
The price was outrageous. You are close to where I live. I normally go to a Drycleaners by my work but I received a coupon from you so I thought I would try you out.
Horrible customer service, took 10 mins for them to find another customers garments while I waited
Waited almost 15 minutes to pick up clothes. Someone was doing measurements and tied up computer. Really you can’t afford a second computer to get people in and out of the store. Poor planning.
