The cost of the current cleaning was astonishingly high and I requested an itemized receipt. The receipt contained your batch numbers and was not broken down by item. I requested an itemized receipt and the clerk was unable to figure out how to create one for me. I left my copy of the receipt with my cell phone number and requested a call when she was able to get assistance to create the proper receipt. After a week, no calls. At this point, I am rather unhappy about these events.
Seemed expensive to dry clean golf polos
My suit and sport coat were cleaned nicely and pressed. The 2 shirts were washed, starched and ready on time. What more can I ask? Nothing.
I've reached out to the DM 3 times and asked to store to have the DM call me at least twice and no one has called me. Literally no one but stupidly I continue to give my business to DeLias this has been going on for about a year now. It's pathetic. Horrible customer service.

First time customer and will never return. Extremely high prices and horrible job. Asked for heavy starch on my business shirts and they were badly wrinkled. Prices even with coupons were still high. Don't mind paying reasonable prices but on top of it all, clothing badly done.
I have been missing 2 shirts for quite some time now. I have stopped into the store each time i receive an e-mail. No employee has giveN any resolution and have taken my phone and said someone should be getting back with me. NO CONTACT FROM ANYONE.
Toll on a long black coat & was pretty wrinkled! Not happy camper! I asked to hav dry cleaned - looked like it was washed in washer!😟
