very poor customer services very, very Bad!!! Your associates badly trained
The card on my bags says all pants should have a center crease. It indicates that all jeans should have a center crease. Both are hilighted in yellow and still every time my order has one or two pair of pants with no center crease.
I’m continually upset and frustrated by my experience with Tide cleaners. They have made their costs public when you walk in so that’s a step in the right direction but my latest experience was not great. My wife dropped off laundry and told the rep that a button needed to be fixed and we had a 25% off coupon. He ok’d her quickly and she left. I didn’t like the idea of dropping off my clothes without knowing the price of the service. Then realizing after picking it up...how expensive was...$11 for 2 items that needed dry cleaning. Maybe the reason why they don’t tell you how much before you leave your items there. I will shop around more next time.
When I pulled the plastic off to check suit-there were many long light colored hairs. I kept pulling them off. I don’t have long hair so definitely someone who processed the suit. Sorry but felt you needed to know.
I was supposed to receive a credit bc they charged me full price when I clearly had a 50% coupon. Then was told by the worker that the lady they had called told me that my coupon wasn’t valid which it clearly was. Once they finally realized “their coupon” was authentic they said they’d credit me on my account. They credited me $10 when the charge amount was more than that. I’ve had multiple issues with this place. Maybe it’s the Higley Rd location but this place is terrible. Save you time don’t go there.
Not satisfied with the service Every time I pick up my cloths never get them clean the I found the stains are always there and the response You get is very Disappointing. Of course you get to redo the cleaning without any changes but it’s very inconvenient To make several trips For sake item
I have been in 3 times and the staff isn’t very friendly and pulling up my account is always a struggle.
Great Customer Service however dry cleaning for 1 item a little under $11. I won’t be using your service again.
