The quality of cleaning was great; however, the customer service and value were not impressive. I dropped off 8 long sleeve shirts for laundry and 1 pants for dry cleaning. My drop off ticket confirmed this and the service rep didn't mention anything else. When I pick up my clothes, a few of the shirts went through a more expensive "premium" cleaning process and I had to spend more than I was expecting. First of all, I got overcharged. I had a 50% off of the total for the first visit. I got a quote and told that the price would be 50% of that total amount. Later that day, I also got an email confirmation, list of items, price and discount. So far so good. I hoped for a good experience so that I can come back as it’s closer to my house compared with my previous cleaners. Our dry clean only pillow covers which have never been cleaned, were deep blue when we brought them in. Now they are the color of faded denim. $500 to replace
It was too expensive for the quality. No stains were removed and one of the articles of clothing came back damaged.
The price for very some simple repairs (pant pockets) was much higher than quoted. Dry cleaning prices are very high as well. We’ll go elsewhere from now on.
Sorry, but $8.50 to dry clean a shirt is too expensive.
