It only looks like they clean half of the shirt as long as the other side was partially covered they didn’t care and left a big stain. Will not be coming back.
The drop off was great. Employee was helpful and polite. Pick up was not as good. Employee working Saturday shift was unprepared, and not able to find suit for my husband. We had to return with slip and copies of email. Then he had issues updating card on file, it was a bit frustrating. Perhaps more training is needed.
You lost one of my Forest Service uniform shirts...... Not good. Your employee was going to look for it and call me. She has not contacted me and its been 24 hours. I did drop off other clothes that ill pick up tomorrow and hopefully my uniform shirt will be there. I really dont believe i should pay for this.... What do you think?
Your cleaning and workers are fine but this review forces me to take too much time to write something. Keep it simple stupid
I put instructions to have shirts folded when requesting pick up on line and they came on hangers This happens every time!
Way to expensive! Going back to old cleaners.
Took forever, told me it would be done "Today at 4" then it's not done until the next day. THEN, when I go in to get it on the next day after I get a text that my order is ready for pickup, I get my clothes and return home to find 2 pieces missing, and have to go in AGAIN to pick it up and get charged twice. horrible logistical management
This is my go-to neighborhood cleaners. I wouldn’t switch them for anything.
They have an incredibly bad intake system They won’t tell you the price when you drop items off. With a first time visitors coupon I paid over $200 for 15 items. Steve the owner was never available to speak to. I would definitely not recommend ever going to Swansons cleaners
