I brought 3 items of clothing in to be cleaned. A maxi dress, a tank blouse, and a belted dress. I was charged for 4 items because the belt was somehow considered a 4th item. The maxi dress alone was over $20. My total was over $50. That is outrageous for what I brought in. I doubt I'll return to Swansons.
Worst customer service ever. Was told 3 days but turned into 9
Really Expensive and had to have you redo 2 shirts.
Service was great. I don't like how almost every shirt was charged a different price. I can understand a jersey being different but not every other dry clean item. I'll be going to another cleaners.
I dropped off 13 pieces of clothing on Thursday (7 pairs of pants, 5 blouses, & 1 Pea coat). These items were counted by me and then the clerk who received them. He gave me my receipt and told me it would be ready for pick up on Monday at 4pm. I showed up Monday at 5pm. There were 11 pieces ready for pick up. I asked him (the same clerk who had receive my clothes) about the other 2 and was informed that 1 was not yet done. hours of operation need expansion
Very unhappy. I brought in a dress that had one of those "my name is" sticker residue on it & was told it would be flagged for special treatment. He said he was pretty sure there would be no problem getting it out, but "there was no guarantee. It was $15 for one dress (hmmm, I'm reminded why I hadn't comeback for many years, but thought they would be the best place to take it. Experience was good. Employees were professional. Shirts look fine. Prices are higher than what I am used to. You charge $2.95 to launder a dress shirt. The place by my old office was $1.75.
It turned out nice but price was too expensive. Didn't have any idea how much it would cost.
