The staff was well trained and pleasant. They seemed to know their jobs. The site was well maintained. Now for the bad news. I left a suit, shirt and 2 ties for cleaning. I got back the suit shirt and one of the ties back well processed and clean. One of my ties was missing and there were multiple stories about it. One said it was given to another customer. Another said it was sent to another outlet. It took about 2 weeks to be told it appeared to be lost and a 3rd week for me to receive a check for the lost tie.
Not only was I ineligable for the Free Delivery, even though I am less than 3 miles away and a 10 minute drive, but what really caught me off guard was my bill at the end. For one dress I paid $24. A regular dress, nothing fancy like a wedding dress. On top of that, the little belt that came with my dress (that clearly was NOT stained) was charged as a separate item. Opened up my dress shirts when I got home and they were still wrinkled
I am missing one item I I have been told it is not in the computer. So I am waiting for Monday to see if management can find my lost item

Got the stains out of my silk Tommy Bahama shirt. Cannot ask for more.
I requested a rush order. I arrived 5 minutes after close. I saw the clerk and knocked on tbe door. She completely ignored me. I have been a Swsnsons customer for two years. I dont plan on returning. Customer Service is extremely important. Also you charged me an additional fee to dry clean a small belt attached to my dress. Bad service and greedy.
Not good, all the way around..
